The meeting owner (the person who created the meeting) can view and edit all details for meetings that they create. The meeting owner can also provide and remove update permissions to selected attendees of the meeting as required
Minutz users can only view meeting details of meetings for which they are attendees. They will not be able to update meeting details unless they are the owner, or the owner has provided update permission (see above). Minutz users can, however, update individual meeting actions that are assigned to them.
Non-minutz users have no access to Minutz and therefore will only see agendas and minutes that are distributed to them by email
